Cardigan

OOPs....ah well no shame in being beaten by a better team. And Cardigan were better, faster, fitter and more organised. Part of the trick in those matches( and there'll always be a couple of teams out there like that) is not to give up. It's all about character when you know your going to get beaten but just try to play good rugby anyway. It was a better second half... and should make the St Clears game look easy!!
Well done Owain for tackling like a demon throughout the match!!

Crymych game

Some good rugby played during this narrow loss, only 3 tries to 2....and ours were better!
It's good to see you putting the training ground work into use on the pitch. Some really good driving work by the forwards to set up the first try, and only a few mistakes stopped you scoring another two.
Coming close to a try in the last minutes show that you have a lot of commitment.
Special mention to Calum for his fantastic tackle, chasing down a big lad over half the pitch, tackling and then getting up and playing the ball....great stuff.

So don't worry about the results, just keep improving as a team, Cardigan next....should be another tough test

Tour Date Suggestions

Looking forward to the tour....cos we're not playing any matches here! which dates suit everyone. We are looking at a May tour or a September tour, how do you all feel?
any ideas or suggestions gratefully received.
September gives us a chance of good weather and is something to look forward to after the summer training, May is more traditional, but I've already had some requests to play teams touring in this area, so we could have some fun matches then
We'll try to pick a time to suit as many people as possible so get your thinking caps on....destination suggestions also welcome, if anyone has relatives in California.....
